Shipping policy

NYC Woodwinds ships almost every day. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours. Instruments may take longer to ship as we check the setup of each instrument before sending it to you. Signatures are always be required for instrument purchases.

All shipments are sent using trackable services. Tracking information will be provided to you.

A banner will be placed at the top of the website if we are out of town for trade shows, vacations, etc. In these instances, all shipments will be processed upon our return. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipping charges and carriers will vary by destination. Customers from outside of the United States should contact us for quotes on international shipping. Additionally, when a package is shipped outside the U.S., it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The recipient of the international shipment is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country of destination. 

There are no returns accepted for international orders.
