Vandoren V16 Ebonite Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece

Mouthpieces inspired by the sounds of the greatest jazz players from the fifties to the present. Available in 6 tip openings and two different chambers, it is the perfect "Vintage" mouthpiece.

The standard version has a medium type chamber with a powerful, round, versatile sound.  The large chamber offers players a darker sound with very even and easy response in all registers.

Facings: 

• T6 - Versatile mouthpiece with a long facing and a particularly rich sound.
• T7 - A good compromise between easy sound production and timbre.
• T8 - The most popular tip opening for the tenor. Available in standard chamber only.
• T8,5 - Full and compact sound.
• T9 - Dynamic, rich and powerful.
• T10 - A homogeneous, particularly responsive mouthpiece. Available in standard chamber only.
• T11 - Very open; warm, yet powerful. Available in standard chamber only.
