Beautiful, strong and LIGHT! Despite the very small size, this case will take up to three soprano instruments (Bb, A, Eb). Even if only used for the bass clarinet, the case is tiny - half the volume of a bass clarinet case supplied with new instruments. This case is a case is ovular as opposed to the other quad bass clarinet cases, which are completely cylindrical. This case is also shorter than the regular carbon fiber case and the wooden case, at only 31.5 inches! The instrument joints are all suspended in the air with no keywork being touched. All blocking is velvet wrapped velcro that is mounted and adjustable. The walls of the case are completely rigid and will not flex. Exterior shell is unlacquered black carbon fiber. Designed for standard Low C bass clarinets. Brand specific versions for either Selmer or Buffet.*

The case features two thick leather, detachable shoulder straps with non-slip padded leather shoulder pads. Two red shock-absorbing skateboard wheels are located at the bottom of the exterior to add to ease of transportation and make rolling smoother. The wheels are located specifically as to not hit you while carrying the case on your back.
